Features and Applications
The series of high-performance wafer-type butterfly valves incorporates a diverse range of structural materials, with NACE-compliant materials integrated to ensure sulfide corrosion resistance. Moreover, specialized surface treatments enable the valves to operate in demanding service conditions, including applications involving chlorine, oxygen, high vacuum, and abrasive media. The valves are equipped with a single PTFE seat design, which delivers exceptional elasticity and high sealing integrity.

• On/Off and Regulating: Excellent control characteristics; flow characteristic curves with equal percentage changes; a wide adjustment range, maintaining a tight seal even in control applications; standard single-flange butterfly valves with lugs can be used for pipeline terminations at either end across the entire pressure and temperature range.
• Complete supply, unified management: The valve actuator and accessories can be installed together and provided as a single package. Available with electric actuators, worm gear actuators, double-acting pneumatic actuators, or spring return pneumatic actuators, as well as various accessories including limit switches, solenoid valves, and positioners.
• Available in a variety of materials: Standard materials include ductile iron, aluminum bronze, carbon steel, stainless steel, Alloy 20, and Monel. Other materials are also available upon request.
