Features And Applications
The triple-offset, multi-layered, hard-seal butterfly valve series boasts long service life, zero leakage, and serves as an energy – efficient butterfly valve. It complies with national standards including JB/T8527 (Metal Hard – Seal Butterfly Valves) and GB/T13927 (General Valve Pressure Test), as well as other pertinent valve standards. This product adopts a three – dimensional eccentric design. The sealing ring features a multi – layered structure that integrates hard and soft sealing. It is applicable for regulating and shutting off fluids in pipelines where the medium temperature reaches up to 650°C, such as in metallurgy, power generation, petrochemical, air, gas, water supply and drainage industries. It provides reliable sealing performance and signifies the expansion and advancement of general – purpose butterfly valves into medium – and high – pressure application scenarios. Based on this structure, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) can replace the multi – layered sealing ring, giving rise to a new generation of triple – eccentric, PTFE – sealed butterfly valves which are widely utilized in corrosive media with temperatures below 200°C.
